I really love a lot of quotes by Dr. Seuss.
This one in particular is hitting a chord with me lately. Sadly, it's not because I can identify with it. It's because it hurts and all I want to do is sleep. Crying is too much work and it doesn't make me feel any better, it just makes me angrier.

but if I can stop the tears, I don't get angry. I get sad. And life feels more like this.
